The online Congress registration has been closed since 16 June 2008. Should you have any change, please contact the LOC by e-mail to registration@isprs2008-beijing.org.
On-site Congress registration will start from 1 July 2008 at Beijing International Convention Center. Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation to the registration desk if you are pre-registered. Should you have paid your registration and accommodation fee by bank transfer after 15 May, 2008, please also bring a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt.

Each participant is required to complete the registration form and return it together with the payment to the Local Organizing Committee. After LOC receives the form and payment, the participant will be officially registered and receive an invoice/ confirmation, which must be brought to the Congress registration desk at Congress venue on arrival.

Badges:
Admission to the scientific and social activities of the Congress is only possible for those persons wearing the official Congress badges issued at the registration desk. For some activities, tickets will be provided.
Certificate of Attendance:
All registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance during the Congress.
Payment:
The payment of registration should be made in RMB in one of the following ways:

Only Master card, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. The amount billed to the credit card will be Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Besides, the amount to be paid by credit card must be increased by 4% for bank charges. Please fill in the type of credit card, number, expiry date and name of the cardholder in the appropriate space on the registration form and fax it to the Local Organizing Committee.

Participants making payment by bank transfer are kindly requested to state clearly on the bank order your name and the items included in the payment: i.e., Accommodation Fee, Registration Fee, Exhibition Fee, City Tours Fee, Pre & Post Congress Tour Fees, etc.
Late Payment:
Should you forward your registration fee after June 1, 2008, please bring a copy of the receipt with you in order to avoid double payment.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation notification must be made in writing to the
Local Organizing Committee for ISPRS 2008 Beijing. If the registration is cancelled before 1 June 2008, an administrative fee of RMB 200 will be deducted and the rest refunded. For cancellations received after 1 June 2008, no refund can be made. The date of postmark will be taken into consideration when making refunds. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
