If you need an invitation letter for visa application, make sure to indicate so and provide the required information about you and your accompanying person(s) when you register!
If you have already registered but did not ask for an invitation letter at the time of registration, please send by email to registration@isprs2008-beijing.org the following information about you and your accompanying person(s) as soon as possible:
- Congress Registration No.
- Full name (same as appear in passport)
- Nationality
- Occupation
- Passport Number
- Country for visa application
- Length of Stay in China(days)
- Date of Arrival
- Detailed mailing address
On the basis of the above information, we will prepare the invitation letter and send it to you by both Email and airmail.
