The online hotel reservation has been closed since 16 June 2008. Should you change your hotel, please contact the LOC by e-mail to hotel@isprs2008-beijing.org. After 25 June 2008, any changes on hotel reservations will not be accepted.

Arrival service:
Congress volunteers will help Congress participants get to their hotels by bus or taxi at Beijing Capital International Airport during 08:00-22:00 on 1-3 July 2008.

Bus service during the Congress:
Buses will be arranged for the Congress participants between the Congress venue and the hotels appointed by the LOC. The detailed bus schedule will be published at the Congress registration area in BICC.

A sufficient number of rooms have been reserved at international standard category hotels in Beijing for the Congress. Special rates will be obtained for the participants of the Congress. However please note that this rate may be applied only if you book through the Local Organizing Committee.

Accommodation will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Early booking is therefore strongly advised. No accommodation booking can be guaranteed unless it is accompanied by the mandatory deposit of one night per room. If there are no rooms left in the hotel of your choice, we reserve the right to allocate a room in a hotel of a similar category.

Cancellation and Refund
In case of cancellation before or on June 1, 2008, one night's deposit will be charged as an administrative fee and the rest returned after the Congress.

If the cancellations are received after June 1, 2008, no refund will be made.

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing.

If a delegate does not arrive at the hotel on the confirmed reservation date or leaves before the confirmed date, the hotel is entitled to charge full payment for the reserved nights.
