A commercial and technical exhibition in conjunction with the Congress will be held from 7-10 July 2008 and be open to all Congress participants and the public. The Exhibition will show latest products, solutions, services, inventions and developments in geographic information systems, mapping, photogrammetry, remote sensing, data processing, surveying, imaging, image processing, machine vision, computer graphics, and in many application fields.
Standard booths (3X3 or 3X 4 M2 ) and ground space for exhibits will be provided to exhibitors.
Exhibitors who are Sustaining Members of the ISPRS will receive a discount of 10% on the regular rental of space in the Technical Exhibition. Ordinary, Associate and Regional Members will be offered exhibition space at a discount of 50% for presenting national and regional activities.
National and Scientific Exhibition will also be held during the Congress. ISPRS Ordinary, Associate and Regional Members and scientific institutions will be offered one complimentary poster space, approximately one by three meters, for presenting their latest development in photogrammetry, remote sensing and spatial information sciences, and their organizational and administrative activities.
Please refer to the following options, fill in the Space Reservation Form, and return the completed form to the Exhibition Secretariat at CCT. After the full payment for reservation is made, the reservation will be confirmed and guaranteed.
1. Exhibit Space

Type II: RMB 25,200.00/booth (3mx 3m )
Type III:RMB 33,600.00/booth (3mx 4m )
Raw-Space (RMB 2,400/sqm)
Raw space is available for exhibitors. It should be booked not less than 27 sq. m.
Special design, layouts and fittings should be subject to the agreement of the exhibition organizer and arranged by exhibitors.
The exhibition hall has two levels. Level 1 is for commercial use, and level 2 for presenting national activities.
Exhibitors who are Sustaining Members of the ISPRS will receive a discount of 10% on the rental of exhibit space in the Technical Exhibition.
Ordinary, Associate and Regional Members will be offered exhibit space on the level 2 at a discount of 50% for presenting national activities.
Note:
• One Type I / Type II Shell Scheme Booth may have two working staff members from the exhibitor. One Type III Shell Scheme Booth may have three staff members from the exhibitor.
• ISPRS Ordinary, Associate and Regional Members will be offered one complimentary poster board, about 3 square meters, for presenting national activities of non-commercial nature. Please contact the Exhibition Secretariat to make reservation.
2. Technical Seminar
An audio and visual presentation is an effective way to make your potential clients fully understand your new products and technology. Meeting rooms with capacity of holding 50 people can be provided during the exhibition. RMB 16,000.00 will be charged for each 2-hour seminar. |
